Our degrees will give you a broad experience of the digital arts industry where you will access first-class facilities and software such as Cinema 4D and VR headsets, Mac suites, animation, illustration and visual FX workshop, green screen facilities and screen print studios.

Not only will you learn from industry-experienced tutors, but our previous students have worked with specialists on live briefs and campaigns for companies such as Channel 4, Live Theatre and Penguin Books.

Investing in Your Future

In 2022, we spent part of a £2million investment from the Office for Students (OfS) on leading-edge teaching facilities in Digital Arts and Digital Technologies, including VR software and a 3D Powerwall.

We have since been awarded a further £6million, and over the next three years we will be investing part of this in our digital provision, including:

  • Full Performance Capture suits and software

  • Teaching screens

  • Oculus Quest gaming headsets

  • Black Magic cameras

  • Raspberry Pi4 desktop kits

  • Clevertouch screens

  • AI robots


Plus, we'll also be creating a dedicated Digital Technology Hub, which will include two Cyber Securuity Labs and two Immersive Technology Labs.

  • Stays abreast of changes in media, readership or viewing figures and advertising rates.
  • Reviews and revises campaign strategy in light of sales figures, surveys, etc. and takes appropriate corrective measures if necessary.
  • Conceives advertising campaign to impart the desired product image in an effective and economical way.
  • Defines target group and implements strategy through appropriate media planning work.
  • Liaises with client to discuss product/service to be marketed and develops the most appropriate strategy to deliver the objectives.
