If you have a passion for food and hospitality, our courses will help you to enhance your skills to become a first-class chef or develop exceptional front-of-house service. Learn from an expert catering team in specialist facilities at the ‘North East’s Best Culinary College’ and benefit from employer links, work placements and showcase your skills at events and competitions.
You’ll be based in the Lifestyle Academy at our Rye Hill Campus and will benefit from five professional training kitchens with industry standard equipment. You’ll develop your skills working in our healthy eating bistro or à- la-carte restaurant, the Chefs’ Academy, a ‘Highly Commended’ AA College Rosette facility open to the public.
