Our Advanced Skin Techniques (Top-Up) degree is the only one of its kind in the North East, meaning you will be joining a unique and highly-skilled group of undergraduates ready to take the aesthetics and make-up industry to the next level.

Our newest degree, FdA Advanced Techniques in Media and Semi-Permanent Make-Up, which combines specialised practical skills with subject-specific theory to a professional standard in an academic setting, has been designed to provide you with higher level skills that are needed within the advanced make-up industry.

Daily tasks:

  • Ensures custody of all cash receipts and organises regular stock checks.
  • Recruits, supervises and trains staff.
  • Determines financial, staffing, material and other short- and long-term needs.
  • Advises on the facilities available and promotes publicity in relation to shows, games, races, new theme parks, etc..
  • Keeps abreast of new trends and developments in recreational activities and arranges exhibitions, theatrical productions, concerts, demonstrations etc..
  • Ensures that facilities are kept clean and in good condition and that appropriate health and safety requirements are adhered to.
  • Organises timetable of activities/schedule of programmes.
