Studying in our Lifestyle Academy, a specialist training facility dedicated to developing professional chefs and front of house staff, you will have access to five training kitchens as well as our on-site restaurant, The Chef's Academy, and student bistro.
Our course tutors have many years experience working in the industry, giving you the tricks of the trade to really make your mark.

Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering - Level 2
On this one day course you will learn how to keep all customers safe when preparing, cooking and serving all food types and gain knowledge around the 14 allergens

Develop your understanding of food safety within hospitality and catering to a basic level.
