Newcastle College offers the perfect training ground if you want to begin a career in catering or hospitality. We have close relationships with some of the region's best chefs and restaurants, who support our students to gain the skills and experience needed for the fast-paced hospitality industry, including 21, Six Baltic and Blackfriars.

If you're an aspiring chef, there is no better place to train than our outstanding professional kitchens and award-winning AA College Rosette restaurant, the Chefs' Academy. Not only will you learn from experienced chefs and industry experts, but you'll gain work experience within the region's top restaurants and showcase your skills in regular competitions.
