Learn how to inspire the next generation with this exciting introductory course in Caring for Children.

This Level 2 Childcare course is perfect for you if you want to experience what it's like to work in a childcare setting and have the opportunity to gain a qualification.

You will learn in our multi-million pound Parsons Building and train in one of our state-of-the-art nursery simulation facilities. You may also have the chance to undertake work experience in a real nursery.

With a focus on birth to 5 years 11 months old education, you will gain a basic understanding of how children learn and develop. Alongside your studies you will also have the chance to gain a certificate in babysitting.

A typical day could include writing children's stories, reading aloud, and learning about how play can foster a child's growth and development.
