    In line with industry requirements, you will learn how to keep all customers safe when preparing, cooking and serving different food types, based around the 14 most common allergens and Natasha’s Law.

    At the end of this one day course you will achieve Highfield Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering.
