Are you interested in rail engineering? Do you have what it takes to work in one of the the UK's fastest growing industries?

This Introduction to the Rail Industry course includes everything you need to know when starting your journey in the rail industry, such as employment rights and  communication in the workplace.

You will study at Newcastle College's Rail and Civil Engineering Academy, where you will learn in a real working environment. This industry standard facility features rail track bays, signalling and telecommunications equipment, OLE (Overhead Line Electrification) equipment and essential track maintenance tools.
