Diploma in Adult Care - Level 3

This course runs twice per year, starting in September and February.

You will be notified of the next available start date once you have submitted your application.

• Level 2 Diploma in Care

or

• Level 2 in Care related course or 6 months employment experience in Care Profession. 

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve an NCFE Cache Level 3 Diploma In Adult Care

You will have the opportunity to achieve your Level 2 in Safeguarding, Dignity & Prevent.

You will be welcomed into "Oaklands Care Home", our simulation suite where you will practise care skills in preparation for employment.

English and maths skills are needed within the Health and Social Care industry to challenge discrimination, apply health and safety measures to the environment and take appropriate actions if unsafe practices are identified.

Communication skills are needed to support individuals with food/drink preferences, developing/using a care plan and encouraging active participation.

Upon successful completion of this course you can progress onto the CertHE Healthcare Practice or the FdA Integrated Health & Social Care & Well-being.
