At The Chefs' Academy and Bistro we are as passionate about food as you are. We source fresh, high-quality, seasonal produce to create our culinary delights ensuring you have a fantastic dining experience. We are one of the only colleges in the UK to hold a AA College rosette. Our on-campus restaurant also offers gives our hospitality students the opportunity to hone their skills in a professional real-working environment.

As well as our in-restaurant dining experience, we also offer a corporate hospitality service. You can find out more about what we can offer you below.
Tuesday - Friday: 12 noon - 2.00pm
Bookings from 12 noon - 1.30pm
Wednesday and Thursday: 5.30pm - 9.00pm
Bookings from 5.00pm - 7.30pm.
We regularly hold themed events such as Steak Nights and our Supper Club at The Chefs' Academy where you can enjoy a fine dining experience in a relaxed setting.
We also host guest chefs from across the region who create specialist menus for you to sample with our 'An Evening With...series'. Previous chefs have been from Six BALTIC and House of Tides. These events are popular so it is recommended you book early to avoid disappointment.

The Chefs' Academy is available for hire for breakfast meetings, seminars, an exclusive lunch or private dinner. We can arrange our versatile space into a number of flexible seating arrangements to suit your requirements and we can also provide WiFi connectivity and a full range of AV equipment.
We also provide a catering service, bringing you the finest cuisine at competitive prices. Available for events, buffets, markets and private functions.
