My ambitions are to work in a college, teaching website development. This has been my goal for a few years. The course has been able to offer me the chance to do placement within IT levels 2/3 where I am able to teach my passion (website development).

How do you feel when students achieve their grades? How does it feel to make an impact in their education?

The feelings of seeing my students achieve their grades is outstanding, there is not a better feeling in the world than seeing your students achieve the incredible. Its crazy to think how my teaching is able to provide them with a degree.

How has the bursary helped you achieve your goals?

The bursary has helped me financially by allowing me to study and complete a placement full time. This has allowed me to focus my full potential on studying to become a better teacher, as well as gain extra experience.

What are your favourite things about the course?

The amount of support is outstanding. Overall I have received a staggering amount towards studying, ways to teach, and many other things such as guidance from feedback.

My mentors have provided me feedback which has allowed me to analyse my teaching styles in different scenarios, both in face-to-face and online deliveries.

What/who inspires you to succeed?

My goals definitely inspire me to succeed, I have a set target/challenge and that is what gets me to give my all!
