More about the course

Early Years Practitioner Level 2 is a part-time intensive course designed to help adults begin a career in childcare and early years education.

Our mission is to get you work-ready by the end of this course. You will learn how to care for children aged 0-7 years and gain the necessary skills and qualifications needed to find employment as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner in a supervised childcare role.

Our tutors are experienced practitioners who will support you to develop your theoretical and academic knowledge in state-of-the-art simulated nurseries. You will also have a chance to gain practical work experience through work placements and put theory into practice.

You will learn about the use of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and how this supports learning and development of children through play, as well as essential skills like nappy changing and bottle making.
