This course is great starting point if you who wish to learn more about the industry and the career opportunities within it. The course is designed to provide you with background knowledge of the sector including; hospitality, transport, and the UK as a destination.

Learn the foundations of positive communication and customer service skills which are two of the most important skills needed to progress onto a higher level of study or even future employment.

You will have the opportunity to learn from our industry partners through guest lectures and industry visits and once you successfully complete this course, you could go on to study Travel and Aviation Operations - Level 2 before heading into employment.
