Cashless Campus
Newcastle College operates a cashless catering system across the entire campus (including specialist centres) to help reduce administration and cash handling, and to allow students to carry less cash to college.
If you need to use cash on our Rye Hill campus, you can go to Campus Kitchen in Trevelyan Building, or our Riverside Dene campus. All of our other outlets are cashless and accept credit or debit card payments only.
If you study in one of our specialist centres, you will need a debit card to purchase food or drink from our outlets as they do not have the ability to accept cash payments.
