The Little Haven Hotel is situated on the sea front in South Shields. We are looking for a talented Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner to join our team. This position would suit a person who wants to be trained to deliver the highest level of customer service in the hospitality sector. All we ask for is, a genuine passion for pursuing a career in customer service within our reception department……we can show you the rest.
Full Description of Position.
- Greet our guests upon arrival and learn the check in/ check out procedure.
- Create amazing first impressions and customer service.
- Manage bookings over the telephone/ email.
- Answering the telephone with a professional manner.
- Provide relevant information to guests about the hotel facilities and local area.
working week:
30+ hour working week inclusive of college days, shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.
