Swissphysio is a dynamic team of therapists from different background, From physiotherapy to osteopathy, massages and talking therapies. So you will meet a variety of people. From young to elderly, from pregnant women to sport champions and couch potatoes. You are going to help us on different levels; there is always going to be somebody supporting you, but you also will have enough space to work independently.

If you are a sporty person, we will be happy to help you with tips for your training or when you are injured. This doesn’t mean though that you need to be in a sport club or a gym.

You will learn how to use our diary system as well as the basic of book keeping and improve in taking more responsibilities like dealing with insurance companies, preparing cash flow and reports.

Also your help and ideas will be welcomed in promoting the business via social medias

You will develop a wide range of transferable skills that will be highly sought after across all sectors.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Swissphysio is looking for a receptionist/administrator who will make feel the patients welcomed, help them arranging their appointment with the therapists, and take the payments. You will learn how to use our diary system, learn about our treatments and therapists. With the time they will also learn to deal with insurance companies in terms of invoicing as well as running the day to day money exchange. Keeping  an eye on the stock and inform when items need to be ordered, chose the appropriate suppliers

 

As a receptionist/administrator with the time you will be responsible for assisting with organising patients and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency. To be the first point of call for clients in extending a warm welcome. You will of course have support.

 

The receptionist/administrator reports to the Company Director Angela Petrocchi and is responsible for providing office management services to Swissphysio, this includes maintaining office services and efficiency, and maintaining office records.

 

The receptionist/administrator will assist organise and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of customer service and organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. You must have a strong commitment to confidentiality with an approachable demeanour.

Ultimately, your role is to ensure the smooth running of the reception and help to improve company procedures, compliance and day-to-day operation,

use initiative and manage role with minimal supervision 

 

To deal effectively with telephone calls, transferring callers to relevant staff and taking and passing on messages as required.

Provide routine administrative support

Also your help and ideas will be welcomed in promoting the business via social medias

Assist with the accounting software Quickbooks 

Working Week:

Monday to Thursday

Variable times

Mon: 9AM -1 PM, 2 PM – 4.30 PM

Tue_ Thur initially  10 AM-1PM,  2-6.30 PM,

When more confident: 9AM -1PM, 2-5.30 PM
