    What will the apprentice be doing?

    • Helping With deliveries.
    • Preparing meats and vegetables.
    • Assisting other Chefs.
    • Assisting with stock rotation.
    • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
    • Efficient time keeping and time management of both preparation and food service.
    • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
    • Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly cleaning duties are carried out as organized by the Kitchen Manager.
    • Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.

    Hourly Wage (£)

    £10.42 to £10.90 per hour

    Working Week

    30 hour working week, with potential over time.

    Hours to include match days, evenings and weekends

    Skills Required

    Passion for food, aptitude to learn and work part of a team

    Qualifications Required:

    Must have maths and english GCSE grade 3 or above
