    About the employer

    We are a small hospitality company with a passion for hospitality, we want to encourage young people to join us who share this passion and are looking to start their career. We are dedicated to providing great food and service.

    What will the apprentice be doing?

    The role is made up of various responsibilities including;

    Assisting with food preparation

    Cooking and preparing elements of dishes.

    Assisting other chefs.

    Helping with deliveries and restocking.

    Assisting with stock rotation.

    Contributing to maintain kitchen and food safety standards.

    Participating in the cleaning and maintaining of the kitchen and other food preparation and storage areas.

    Working Week

    30 hours a week

    Rota- to be decided, depending on which days they will be in college.

    Future Prospects

    We hope that once their education is completed, we would like to be able to offer them a full time position within our company. This would depend on the success of the candidates and their commitment throughout the course.

    Requirements

    Must have English and Maths GCSE grades 3 or above.
