    About the employer:

    We are a busy Class 4 & 7 MOT testing station with a constant workflow consisting of both trade and retail customers. We also carry out all types of routine maintenance and servicing. There is a constant stream of work in our busy testing station and therefore plenty of scope for a willing candidate to learn and progress to a top level technician. There will also be the option of putting a suitable hard working candidate through their MOT testing course which will inevitably safeguard any future employment.

    What will you be doing?

    Motor vehicle technician required to work in a busy Class 4 & 7 MOT testing station. Candidate will be expected to carry out remedial works after MOT failures - this will usually consist of brakes, suspension work, tyre replacement. Other work duties will include general light routine vehicle servicing and maintenance.

    Working Week

    Mon-Fri: 9am-5.30pm. Sat: 9am-1pm. Occasional overtime during the week by mutual agreement.

    Future Prospects:

    Candidate will have amassed a wealth of knowledge and as stated possibly be a qualified MOT tester.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must be aged 21 or over.

    Hold a full UK Driving License.

    Have no unspent criminal convictions.

    Grades Required

    You MUST have a 4/c GCSE in Maths & English
