As an Apprentice joining us at GreenTec you would receive ongoing training & support throughout your course, providing you with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
You will be assigned a dedicated mentor throughout your apprenticeship to assist in your development on a 1-1 level. Main Tasks / Occasional Tasks / Future Tasks
Assisting the Recruitment Team with daily tasks’ including several key areas, as described in more detail below:
Creating Job Adverts: Drafting compelling job adverts, based on hiring managers requirements and expectations and sending to the Senior Recruiters for approval and posting. The job ads must be transparent, contain all indicated position specifications and align with the company standard layout. Researching the best methods of reaching candidates in various markets/countries of work.
Managing candidate database: Updating the CRM system with new data whilst managing current data and documentation already on the system.
Updating all client information on the CRM and sending email updates & correspondence when necessary.
Invoicing Support
Working closely with the finance team to support invoicing data entry and various other related processes.
Business Development
Working closely with the Business Development Manager to support administrative processes involved in tenders and RFQs for prospective and current clients.
Supporting the recruitment process: Notifying candidates of successful/unsuccessful employment applications. Drafting employment/contractor proposals and sending to Senior Recruitment Consultant for approval.
Collecting and checking candidates’ documentation/certificates and other onboarding administration necessary.
Liaising with various stakeholders in other related departments, such as payroll, IT etc. where necessary.
Project Coordination: Working with the recruitment coordinators to support candidate mobilisation. This will include sourcing and booking suitable travel arrangements, accommodation, rental vehicles, PPE & training courses on an international scale.
Brand Promotion & Marketing: Support new & ongoing marketing campaigns to help raise the profile of the company and its brand online and in person at industry events.
Days and times of the working week:
Monday to Friday 9am-4pm
Future Prospects :
Full-time role upon completion
REQUIRED GRADES
You must have a Level 4 or above in both English and Maths
