About the employer:
Endiprev was founded in Portugal in 2009 by a team of Electrotechnical Engineers with practical experience in the area of electrical power, namely in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wind farms.
The ambition was to create a benchmark company in the wind industry which distinguished itself in the market, especially for the quality of service, by investing in training, safety, and innovation. The commercial endeavour with the major wind turbine manufacturers was facilitated by the experience and know-how demonstrated.
Endiprev UK was formed in May 2022, with the intention of further expanding Endiprev group, and is located in the North-East of England; ideally situated to coincide with the exciting growth within the sector.
What will you be doing?
Endiprev UK People department. Each apprentice will be assigned a ‘mentor’ – a member of Endiprev UK personnel to ensure a point of contact, with periodic meetings arranged to allow the apprentice to discuss the course, any assistance they require, and any other communications.
Your responsibilities will be
- Work to a high standard whilst at College, studying extensively and learning as much as possible with regards to the role of Wind Turbine Technician and the wind industry overall.
- Represent Endiprev UK, and Endiprev Group, throughout the course of the apprenticeship, demonstrating adherence to company values of commitment, rigor, and humbleness at all times.
- Achieve and maintain consistent levels of attendance and punctuality.
- Attend periodic meeting with Endiprev UK mentor to discuss progress.
- Attend and complete any training requirements.
- Familiarise themselves with, and maintain, Endiprev UK employee portal and work records.
Future Prospects
Endiprev UK works on a grading system, with all employees assigned a grade 10-100. The grading system is demonstrative of the scope for progression and growth within the organisation, as employees have a structure upon which they can build their future. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, employees will be allocated Grade 10.
