I love the interaction between different cultures. Meeting new people from all over the world is amazing! Many of my classmates are now real friends. My tutors were fundamental to my success, both academically and in terms of moral support. Their passion and dedication are invaluable. I can never thank them enough.
Could you tell us a bit about yourself, your background, etc.?
I came to the UK from Sardinia in April 2015. When I arrived, my level of English was very basic. I asked the local people where I should go to improve it, and everyone said Newcastle College.
What has your experience studying at Newcastle College been like?

What would you say to anyone thinking of studying ESOL at Newcastle College?
My advice to future students is to never give up! There will be hard times, you may find you are exhausted from work, children, stress and various worries, but don't give up, you are working for your future, it’s important.
