It's time to celebrate your Newcastle College University Centre and Carlisle College Graduations!

Tickets are now on sale for your Summer Graduation ceremony!

The details for the Summer Graduation ceremony for Childcare, Education, Hospitality, Travel and Carlisle College students (Ceremony 6) are as follows:

Location: Newcastle Civic Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH

Student registration and robing: 4.30pm to 5.30pm

Ceremony start time: 6.30pm

Light refreshments served: 7.30pm

Graduate and guests depart: 8.00pm

Deadline to book your place, hire your gown, book guest tickets and photography: 12.00pm, Thursday 29 May 2025.

 

Tickets

Your student ticket is £39 which includes the rental cost for your Graduation gown, cap and hood (which must be returned after the ceremony ends). Alongside your student ticket, you can book up to two guest tickets, which cost £12 each and are non-transferable. All guests require a ticket to attend your Summer Graduation ceremony, including babies and children under four years old. If you do not wish to attend Summer Graduation, you will be unable to book guest tickets on behalf of another student. You will also be unable to attend Summer Graduation if you fail your degree or have any outstanding academic fees. These rules apply no matter whether you are graduating from Newcastle College University Centre or from Carlisle College.

It is advised that you book your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as tickets may sell out before the deadline of Thursday 29 May 2025, in which case we will not be able to offer you any tickets and you will be unable to attend Summer Graduation.
