Our vision is to develop the skills and talents of our students to succeed in modern enterprise and make a positive contribution to the prosperity of our region. Supporting this vision is our curriculum intent which is to develop the skills that students need for their next steps in education, training or employment.
Strategy to 2030
Developed in 2020 and launched in 2021, the Newcastle College Strategy is aligned to NCG’s Strategy to 2030 and sets out our role in the region supporting our learners, communities and our partners. The strategy outlines our strategic objectives which help will help us achieve our vision.

Curriculum Intent by Provision
A statement of the intent of our curriculum is made by provision type. These headline strategic intent statements are agreed with our local board members and describe the high-level positioning of the College curriculum.
