Why You Should Apply:
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment, developing your organisational, communication, and administrative skills. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in business administration while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.
What You Will Gain:
Working in our Bedlington office and with the support of the local college, you will complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. This nationally recognised qualification will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that you can apply directly in your day-to-day role.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking telephone calls from clients and answering queries
- Updating company and clients records
- Carrying out client risk assessments
- Working with a number of internal processes around onboarding of clients and keeping accurate client records
- Attention to detail is essential
- Keeping company systems up to date and organised
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, one day a week training at college.
Skills We Are Looking For:
Strong numerical skills and the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people are desirable. Building and maintaining positive professional relationships is key. Most importantly, applicants must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and have no criminal convictions that could impact their suitability for the role.
Progression:
Continued employment upon completion of apprenticeship, with opportunities to further development.
