    About the employer:

    We are offering the role of Business administration apprenticeship to a successful candidate, Within this role you will gain valuable skills that help with the day to day running of a fast paced company.

    We are a small family run business specializing in the supply and installation of interior and exterior doors plus windows, we have our own in house joiners who carry out the installations on a daily basis, We have 2 locations, 1 in Kingston park where this position will be held and 1 in manor walks shopping centre Cramlington.

    What will you be doing?

    Within this role you will be helping with the day to day administration of the company, this ranges from placing multiple orders daily via many online portals, updating the relevant job sheets with the order information and often liaising with our suppliers via email or telephone. Completing the registration of our Insurance backed guarantee spreadsheet as and when deposits are taken. Completing our Fensa registration process as and when an installation is completed. Ensuring all completed jobs have the correct payment allocated and is noted on our end of day sheets, this will involve using our worldpay dashboard.

    Working Week:

    Monday to Friday 9-4.

    Grades Required

    You MUST have a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE.
