At the Chefs’ Academy we’re as passionate about food as you are. Our chefs, led by Alan O’Neil (Café 21, The Barn) fuse fresh, seasonal produce and inspired presentation to create a memorable dining experience.

Our menus feature some of the region’s finest produce and there’s always something to tempt, from light starters through hearty mains and sumptuous, indulgent puds.

Fine dining

As a trainee chef you can progress from our well-equipped training kitchens to our commercial kitchens within our award winning restaurant The Chefs’ Academy and Food for Thought Bistro.

Our stunning restaurant also offers two and three-course meals cooked and served to the highest quality, while the bistro offers healthy refreshments or a range of fresh, light meals at affordable prices.
