We'd love to see you at our Low Carbon Careers Information Event

Join us for our Low Carbon Careers Information Event at Newcastle College Energy Academy.

This event is an opportunity to learn more about the careers available and what courses we have to offer to help you progress into the Low Carbon Industry.

During the event, you'll have a chance to hear from our industry experts and be part of a demonstration of welding techniques.

Date: Thursday 16 January 2025
Location: Energy Academy, Hadrian Road, Wallsend, NE28 6HH

There are two time slots available: 12.30pm to 3.30pm or 4pm to 6pm. When booking a ticket, please select the time slot you would like to attend.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible to study one of our short courses, you'll need to:

- Be aged 16 and over
- Have the right to work and have lived in the UK for 3 years or more
- Live in Newcastle, North Tyneside or Northumberland

Important information

If you have selected the 12.30pm to 3.30pm time slot, the event will start at 12.30pm, so please arrive before this time.

If you have selected the 4pm to 6pm time slot, the event will start at 4pm, so please arrive before this time.

Refreshments will be provided.

If you use public transport to travel to the event, your travel costs will be reimbursed. You'll just need to provide us with a bus or metro ticket. We unfortunately cannot reimburse fuel costs if you travel by car.

Parking spaces at the Energy Academy are limited.
