Steps to Enrol for Your Degree

STEP 1 - Email invite

Enrolling online is the easiest and quickest way to enrol. You'll receive an email during the week of 1st September 2020 inviting you to register your details in our enrolment system. This will go to the email address you applied with and will come from either or

Email invites will be released throughout this week so don't panic if you haven't received yours within the first couple of days.

IMPORTANT: If you've applied for more than one course you'll receive an email for each course. Please only register for the one course you would like to enrol on.

Complete all of your personal details on the enrolment system.

If you are unable to complete your enrolment online, we will help you to enrol in a way that suits your needs. In the interest of safety, please do not visit campus to enquire about enrolment. If you need any assistance, please contact our University Centre Support Team on 0191 200 4448 and they can make alternative arrangements for you where necessary.

If you have received your email invite but are having technical issues with your online account, please let us know. We will be back in touch with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

STEP 2 - We'll contact you/Microsoft Teams

You'll be contacted by our team who will be on hand to help you with any queries you may have. We will also arrange a video call via Microsoft Team where you will complete the very last stage of your enrolment. During this appointment you will:

- have your photo taken
- show us your proof of ID
- digitally sign your Learning Agreement
- agree how you are paying the course fee ie Student Loan, your employer is paying or you are paying for the course.

Microsoft Teams is FREE app available on the PLAY Store and App Store.

Please download this in advance of your appointment and create your account so you're ready to go.
