Photography and Media Access to Higher Education - Level 3

The course runs once per year, starting in September.

• GCSE grade 4 or above in English and maths
• An interview with vocational tutors to assess your suitability and potential for the course.
• You will be asked to bring a portfolio/examples of work.

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve an One Awards Level 3 Access Higher Education Photography and Media.

• Researching and understanding opportunities for study at higher education

• Online digital video production

• Lens based personal project

• Art and design presentation.

• One-to-one tutorials.

• Portfolio of work.

As part of your course you will be invited to take part in course trips gallery visits.

Possessing these skills will help you to progress in education, training and employment and make a positive contribution to the community in which you live and work.

Upon completion of this course you could continue your studies by progressing to a foundation degree or degree in photography or in a digital media discipline.
