How to Enrol

If you're looking for the perfect place to pursue your passion and take the next step towards your dream future, choose a full-time vocational course at Newcastle College.

Enrolment at Newcastle College will take place between June and August. Below you'll find all of the information you'll need to successfully complete your enrolment before you begin your course with us in September.

I have applied and accepted my place

 

  1. Set up an online account - You will receive an email from admin@ncgrp.co.uk asking you to create an online enrolment account. These emails will be sent between June and July to the email address you used on your application form. 

  2. Complete your online pre-enrolment - Once registered, you will be sent an email to begin your online enrolment. This will come from myenrolment@ncl-coll.ac.uk. You will need to check the information you provided on your application form and provide us with additional information including your National Insurance number and Next of Kin.

  3. In-person enrolment - Once you have completed your pre-enrolment online we will invite you to campus in August to complete the final steps of your enrolment. This will be where you sign your learning agreement, collect your ID badge, receive details of your course welcome day and pay any course fees (if applicable for students aged 19+).

 

Expecting exam results? 

If you are expecting exam results, we will ask you to visit us after you have received these and bring copies with you on the day. Without these we will be unable to complete your full enrolment.

  1. Browse our courses by search, subject area or career.

  2. Make an application for the course you want to study online. 

  3. We will review your application and make you a course offer by email. We may need to clarify further information but in these instances our team will be in touch to discuss these with you.

  4. Accept your course offer by email.

  5. You will then be sent details of how to begin your online enrolment.

Search and apply

If you haven't made your application yet, you can do so online. Simply search over 100 courses and find a course that's right for you. Once you have applied we will assess your application and make you a course offer.

Email invite to create your online account

If you have applied and accepted your place, you will receive your email invite to set up an online account between June and July.

You will be sent a link by email to the email address you provided on your application form to create an online enrolment account. This email will come from admin@ncgrp.co.uk and you will need to provide your date of birth and create a password.

If you applied with a school email address please get in touch with Student Services as soon as possible so we can update our records with your personal email.
