Employer links

We have developed strong links with regional and national art and design organisations and a range of employers who enrich students’ learning experiences, giving students the opportunity to run projects in partnership. Companies who support our students through issuing live briefs, commissioning work or collaborative projects include; Urban Outfitters, Newcastle Fashion Week, Krispy Crème, George Bond, IKEA and many more. As a result many of our students see their work on display or see it produced by the client or agency.

In addition, students have regular educational visits to galleries and creative businesses, and guest lectures from people in industry to benefit from their expertise and understand the many opportunities for employment in the sector.
