Coming to College is an exciting time but it can also be stressful. We want you to feel able to discuss your emotional health and general mental well being, and get the right support if and when you need it.
The support team can offer advice and guidance on any issue, whether you're feeling stressed about exams, experiencing panic attacks,or feeling low, depressed or anxious. We also offer support for students with more enduring mental health needs.
