Description
New purpose built student accommodation with en-suite rooms in Newcastle city centre. Accommodation is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from Newcastle College Rye Hill Campus, and approximately 10-15 minutes walk to Newcastle College Sandyford Campus.
Rooms
All rooms are en-suite. Each room is within a self-contained apartment for groups of 4-5 students with shared kitchen facility and dining/ living area. 24 hour CCTV and entry phone system for each apartment.
Provided
Electric cost included in rent. Cleaning equipment provided in each flat. On-site laundrette. Secure parking spaces available on a first come first come first serve basis. On-site management to assist students on the premises.
Each lounge is furnished with sofas, coffee table and flat screen TV. Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, kettle and toaster are provided in each apartment.
Internet access and TV connection – available in every room
There is also an on-site common room with TV and games console, pool and table tennis table. On-site cycle storage.
What to bring - towels, bedding and kitchen utensils. Bedding available for rental onsite.

Single self-catered room: Approximately £109.75 – £130.75 per week depending on room type

Owned and managed by specialist private housing provider – Downing. Downing is a member of the ANUK code of practice.

Liberty Court

Description
A complex of flats located 7 minutes walk from the Rye Hill Campus. The college has a letting arrangement for 33 rooms. Secure building with CCTV.
Rooms
Self-contained flats for groups of 3-8 students. Average size rooms and room size varies according to categorization of standard or standard plus rooms. Standard plus rooms have a washbasin in each room. Shared kitchen/living area. Each flat has 2 showers and toilets.
Please note that while Liberty Court will try to respond to requests for single gender flats, this can not be guaranteed. There may also be a range of ages living in the flats.
