Part-time degree courses

Part-time degrees to suit your lifestyle

If you would like to upskill in your current role, or perhaps retrain to pursue a new career but are looking to study in a flexible way that fits around your current commitments, then you may wish to consider studying on a part-time, distance or online learning basis.

Part-time degrees

Part-time degree courses generally involve less hours spent in the classroom in comparison to full-time degrees and are a great way to achieve a higher education qualification in a more flexible way. We offer part-time degrees in:

  • art and design
  • beauty therapy
  • business
  • childcare
  • digital arts
  • digital technologies
  • engineering
  • health and social care

Competitive tuition fees

Our tuition fee for a part-time degree course is £4,625 per year. If you’re studying your first degree you are likely to qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan to help cover the
cost. This loan is not based on household income and there’s no upper age limit for applying. To check your eligibility simply visit direct.gov.uk/studentfinance
