Overview

This course offers a recognised qualification for the erection and dismantling of a mobile access scaffolding tower.

The PASMA course follows the code of practice set out by the HSE. It enables operatives to use mobile towers safely and efficiently as long as they follow the set guide lines.

Who the course is for

This course is ideal for people that need to erect and dismantle a mobile access scaffolding tower.

It offers the training and assessment required to gain the qualification to enable you to be qualified to carry out this action.

Qualification Gained

If you successfully complete the course you will achieve a PASMA standard certificate of competence.

Course Content

The course is a one day course split up into the following parts:

Morning

Classroom session delivered followed by a written assessment.

Afternoon

Practical session delivered and tutor observation assessment throughout this session.

Assessment Methods

Training and Assessment will be carried out throughout the 1 day course.

After the completion of the PASMA course there may be the opportunity to gain advanced PASMA courses.

Candidates can use this qualification to help gain employment within a variation of employment opportunities.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must supply their own Personal Protective Equipment.

This will include the following hard hat, safety shoes/boots. If English is not your first language, you will need to achieve an IELTS score of 5.0 or above.
