Types of Apprenticeships
Newcastle College offers a wide range of Apprenticeships covering many industries and sectors. There are two levels of Apprenticeship available: Apprenticeships (Level 2), which are equivalent to five good GCSEs, and Advanced Apprenticeships (Level 3), which are equivalent to two A-Levels. To start an Advanced Apprenticeship you should ideally have five GCSEs (Grade C or above) or have completed an Apprenticeship.
