Business Administration
Business Administration apprentices work alongside senior staff to ensure that the day to day tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently. Duties will depend on the employer; however it is likely that you will work within a team environment carrying out tasks that carry responsibility. You may also be responsible for collecting financial information, dealing with confidential documents and typing up important meeting documents.

Customer Service
Customer Service apprentices work across a wide variety of sectors, ensuring that there is a high quality of service delivered to customers of an organisation. Often you will be working at the front end of an organisation, dealing with enquiries, providing assistance and handling complaints.

Information and Library Services
This Apprenticeship is perfect if you wish to work within a library or archive and information service environment. As an apprentice in this field you will assist with cataloguing and indexing books, writing staff reports, managing intranets and aiding with workshops.

Management
As an apprentice on a Management Apprenticeship you’ll learn the theories of management and how to understand and present work related figures and calculations. Roles will vary but this Apprenticeship could include planning and checking other people's workload and recruiting staff.

Retail
A Retail Apprenticeship is ideal for those who are starting a career in a retail environment and wish to progress up the career ladder into a supervisory role. On this Apprenticeship you could be assisting customers on the shopfloor as well as working on window displays or working behind the scenes in stock handling.

Sales and Telesales
This Apprenticeship is flexible meaning that you could find yourself working in a variety of sectors. Due to the nature of this Apprenticeship you are likely to regularly meet people and develop skills that enable you to think independently. You’ll also learn techniques that enable you to acquire new customers whilst also managing your existing customer relationships.

Team Leading
A Team Leading Apprenticeship is for those individuals that wish to successfully lead others within a work environment. You’ll learn how to work effectively with people and how to communicate effectively to other members of the team. You could find yourself working as a supervisor, section leader and floor manager amongst others.
